They do not pay their installers. They have the customer pay - pocket the money - and dodge the installers who did the physical labour. Do not use these guys.
Our experience was good with the installer Alex but less than adequate with the salesperson! When we had the salesperson in to our home for an estimate, we were very adamant that if the closet doors could not be replaced due to the increased floor height, not to remove them and s install hardwood in the closets! The salesperson ensured us that the closet doors could be replaced without issue and that esthetically it was better. We informed him that we already had an expensive experience with our previous home , so we're quite familiar with the issue! Well, we were out of town when the job was completed and upon our return, we found all our closet doors piled in the bathroom! We called for an explanation and a couple days later, the salesperson & installer arrived to address our concerns! Basically, the result was - the installer confirmed the doors could not be replaced. He was not present when we discussed our concerns during the quote , so had no knowledge of our wishes . The salesperson then informed us they were not "door installers " but flooring people & we would have to have the doors hung by a contractor! End result- we now have the expensive of either buying new closet doors or trying to shorten the doors! Keep this issue in mind when considering this business & get concerns in writing!!
