Wilco started the job only to leave it unfinished. There was suppose to be a permit and engineer involved. Little to no communication and very unorganized. Finally I gave up on having him come in to finish the job. I called in another contractor only to find out the work he did was all wrong and unsafe. It all had to be redone. Lots of wasted time and money.
