i have always had great service on Monday lunches with our favourite waitress( dark haired with glasses, misty?) she is always smiling and great to talk to, i would go again and again....
waited 30 minutes for lunch off the express menu. Not too many people in restaurant. Spoke with manager and she argued with me stating the lunch took 25 not 30 minutes, way too long to make fish and chips and a hamburg. Stated they were very busy, I didn't see another person walk in the door, or anyone being served since I walked in. Will not be back, and will spread the news.
The waitresses were spending more time talking to each other than serving customers. the table beside us walked out and the female manager thought it was funny, if it were not for the fact that we were really hungery and late for a show we would have walked out as well

Service always sucks. It is hard to hold a $20 at the bar and wait for 10 minutes just to get one drink. Always get 2 at a time if not more....
Friends had problems just paying their tab at the end of the night.... very bad service even on a slow night.
only reason i go back is friends like the kareoke
