I am extremely disappointed with their service! They want full payment when they can not even complete the job they are being paid to do. Instead of taking ownership of their mistake and fixing the clothes given, they forced full payment. Absolutely ridiculous and not even worth the one star I have given them. You are better off taking your money and clothes elsewhere!

Gracious cleaners offers amazing service and they can get your clothes ready for you as fast as you need. they’re staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend their dry cleaning services to everyone!
