Came in for a simple cable replacement for my laptop because the screen wasn't displaying anything except through an external monitor. Long story short, my laptop ended up worse than when it came in and the only options the business gave me was to pay more for a desktop tower that they have built or get a refund of $65 (which is definitely not enough to cover the costs of the damages incurred). Manager was very rude as well and did not take responsibility of what happened.

brought my pc in to pc werx for a dead Hard drive and it was re paired by Kyle Great service this is my go to place from now on and will recommend it to everyone thanks so much kyle and pc werx

We spent over $400 for a home PC.. It's been a lemon pretty much from the get go.. They do not stand by their products. Been an issue with the hard drive.. What a waste of money, will NEVER GO BACK to this place or trust them again.. It pays to go to a reputable place
