Bad Tires - Bad Customer Service

Purchased a pair of new Truck tires. The tire failed within 1 year & 10,000/km, treads peeled right off. The funny thing is the tire is still inflated to proper PSI. This is obviously a manufacturing defect. Went back to the shop and I was told to call the manufacturer directly. The owner was not interested to support customer claims or stand behind his parts.
