Very unprofessional. Not detail oriented. Never returns calls. Does anything he ever does in a last minute totally disorganized way. Weak communication skills. Grandiose. Makes weak arguments and failed to get most of crucial evidence in the hearing - My slam dunk case lost to his incompetence and total indifference. I would not ever recommend this sad excuse for a paralegal. Find someone else!

Extremely disorganized and not accountable to this client. Very unprofessional. Disorganized. Failed to get evidence before the board. Weak arguments. Go elsewhere and save yourself and your case from ruin and undo stress. Rude. Last minute poor effort and does not keep you informed. Very difficult to get a hold of. Very difficult to get along with. Lots of promises no follow through. Very unreliable.

Shawn Harvey is OUTSTANDING!! Best Paralegal for dealing with Landlord and Tenant issues. I am a tenant that was going up against Waterloo Region Housing and tired of being bullied by the Property Manager. He came to court "VERY PREPARED" quickly took control of the meeting and advised the Property Manager from Housing of SEVERAL legal errors she had made with my case.Thanks you for doing such an amazing job!!

The service was extremely terrible. Big office looks professional, but is not. Over priced for no end result. I would never use this service again. I would NOT recommend this merchant to defend anyone! I am still waiting to be reimbursed for my payment that was promised to be returned.
