Very VERY unpleased. Unfortunately our entire main floor is flooring from them and I have issues with both carpet and laminate within 3 years of having them. The “waterproof” laminate is far from. Tons of bubbling spots. (Also has happened to my in laws) and the carpet looks 100 years old already. I get wear and tear and being able to see the most used areas but I mean this carpet has held up like crap. Now we are facing replacing ALL our flooring again. I will definitely be going else where.

No return policy. I can’t believe this store will not take back unopened boxes. Let me just take it to the landfill. I could understand if it was discontinued but l just bought it. Also even if you didn’t want to give me all my money. But nothing ! No problem I buy it somewhere else.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Source Flooring. We purchased a vinyl plank product to refloor our entrance/kitchen/dining areas. There was a problem with the first installation. However, Source Flooring replaced all the damaged flooring and reinstalled it for us gratis. Our second installers, Willie and his co-worker, worked quickly and professionally.

This is the 2nd time Ive caught The Source with false advertising and they wont take their offshore junk back. They either dont know what they are talking about when asked questions or they are lying. The advertisement says 5G locking system, WRONG, FALSE ADVERTISING. This is the third time Ive had problems with The Source, all because my customers buy from them and cant return product. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for.
