There are RMTs who are trained in the mechanical needs of the body and then there are those who work with genuine feeling and empathy. Jay is hands down the most authentic, caring massage therapist I have ever had. He incorporates various modalities to suit whatever my needs are that day and his technique is superb. Whether our session is quiet or animated, relaxing or energizing, I always come away with the sense of having spent valuable time with someone who sincerely cares about my well-being
