Even though an appointment is made, the staff are rarely on time making customers wait too long. It should not be this hard to schedule!

Teerible and rude.
Terrible nail job. Cut two cuticles. Had to wait 20 minutes while staff stared at their iphones. Asked for acrylic fill but the did bio gel and charged $15 more. Expensive and rude. Did not feel welcome. Horrid atmosphere.
