My wife and I have had our cars done for 4,years . These guys run a great business. Customer Care is very important to them. I know, what a surprise these days ! Great job!!!

Worst Krown Shop Ever. I have utilized this show 2 yrs. Last time, they placed their business sticker on my car without consent. The worst thing is it was not like the oil change sticker that comes off easily. I attempted to take it off, and it is a permanent type sticker; I have to use an xacto knife and still the parts of the sticker and adhesive residue are left on the window. Any shop owner who is completely selfish cannot be trusted with a service job. Sticker is placed crooked.
Picked up some winter tires and rims. I called around different shops looking for prices and found these guys were the most knowledgeable and professional. They were very polite and accomodating. I did get a couple lower quotes from other companies but was discouraged because of the rudeness and shortness of the attendant on the phone to my questions. These guys at Krown were professional on the phone and it did not change when I arrived at the shop.
Recommended by a friend. My subie is ready for winter. Never give 5 stars on first visit. Thanks Krown.
