Disappointing. I wanted a document scanned and was told they were too busy. Two minutes to scan a 5 page document. They told me I would have to leave it. This is a very sensitive and confidential document, so I just left and will go somewhere else.

My wife and I wer...

My wife and I were at Staples this evening and left without making a purchase. 1. There seemed to be only one employee on the floor and he was busy with another customer. We could have waited our turn except... 2. There was somebody using a heavy duty floor polisher. He was the only one with ear protection. Could they not have done that after store hours?
