Running a business it is extremely difficult to satisfy every customer and their demands. Our business has grown over the past 25 + years and so has our clientele because we are a family owned business and have a much more dynamic relationship with all of our customers. A car salesman cannot satisfy every customer, a grocery store owner cannot satisfy every customer, a mechanic shop cannot satisfy every customer but we all try.
