Im very sudysfied with my bank,and the service is exellentm!!!

Polite and helpful when you can reach them, but inconvenient. Branch in a busy parking lot & has worst hours of all nearby banks [M 10-4, T-W-Th 10-4:30 F 10-6 Sa 10-1]. Good luck if you work until 5 and need a teller after work. Not good for business. Our experience was high churn rate with business acct managers, given inaccurate info, certain actions other bank brands do by phone must be done in person with biz manager at Scotia, but manager not replaced when away, voicemails never returned.
