    Terrible customer service at Port Perry Feed Store. Despite prepaying and being assured by the owner that my order would be ready at the front, staff were dismissive and refused to help. I was left to load 50 kg myself. When I contacted the owner, Jay, he was rude and unprofessional, falsely accusing me of raising my voice. This business lacks basic customer service and accountability. I do not recommend it. Home Hardware offers the same products, including chicken feed, with far better service
