To follow up my last years review, tried to call this guy couple times but never get replied. I literally paid $230 for 5 mice traps.

He refused to seal the rat hole in the garage and saying garage door can close properly and rats wont come in again. Spent $200 plus by leaving a few rat traps. No proper follow up. All kind of excuse. Very disappoint. He even ask me to go ahead to leave the negative review as he has so many clients??!! Stay away

Very happy with the service. He has the Knowledge of specific baiting techniques and an ability to identify pests by their droppings, and nests. He advised me on the best action with regards to preventing future problems. Very well done
