i havent had any real issues with this store and when there was an issue, Matt went above and beyond to fix it i will continue to use this store

Bad service , told many times that we would get a replacement due to not having all the screws in the item package ... told us one date and then told us that I had to wait another few days bad service !

I have never had any issues with easyhome sudbury and when i do they are very quick about fixing they problem. I have personally been with easyhome for quite some time and I would reccommend to anyone.

Possibly the worst retail experience ive encountered anywhere. Totalky lost when it comes to customer service ! If i treated my customers in this fashion , id close shop for a lack of customers. Brutal. Stay away
