Everything about Hair Code – from the salon’s name to its location on Queen Street East – is kind of quirky. It's a salon that encompasses cute, sexy, fun and fabulous all under one roof, and that's exactly how you'll feel after a visit. “We just try to keep it real,” says owner Stavros Pappas. “Our main thing is to always give our clients the best possible service with the least possible attitude.”
In 2015 Hair Code move away from the sleek and sophisticated and, perhaps even, intimidating look it opened with five years earlier to reflect the salon’s down-to-earth personality with cozier colour schemes, elegant lines and an overall more inviting feel. “It’s more of an appreciation to the existing clientele,” says Stavros.
