Would give it a zero if it was an option. Car was not washed by the time I was told to return for the pick up. And they showed little or no interest in wanting to and did not bother apologizing. Terrible service.
this place is awesome - manager is great - guys did a great job - the car has not looked this good since it was brand new!!!
I had my new Dodge Charger Hellcat washed on Friday (Jan 26th) at the Loblaws Parking Lot location. The vehicle was returned with swirl makes and surface scratches consistent with using a poor quality cloth to towel dry. Keep in mind this car has not been washed since delivery brand new 6 weeks ago. Worse still there was a dent on the top of the nearside front wing which is caused by someone leaning over the car to dry wearing a coat with protruding zip, button. Very disappointed.
I brought in the grimiest car ever (I have 5 children). It was really bad, sticky, full of salt and debris, just a complete and utter disaster area. When I got it back I thought they gave me a brand new minivan. I couldn't believe it! I gave them each $20 tip. Soooo Happy. Well worth it!!!
Under new management and you can tell! They do an excellent job on detailing inside and out. Prices are reasonable and they are quick without cutting corners.

this is the WORST car wash in Toronto! I paid almost $70 for the service and when I got home I saw that the inside of the car was still very dirty! for ex, there were many food particles on the carpet (like cheerios), salt and more. I ended up cleaning a lot of it by myself the day after. But the worst part is how incredibly rude the owners are! When I called to tell to explain that the car was not properly cleaned he just said "i don't have time for that" and hung up on me! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
