I'm traveling to the philippines with the cremated remains of my late husband next month so I'm making sure all the necessary documents are place before my flight. I checked the consulate's website for information but was still unsure of the requirements so I called the consulate in Toronto for verification. The answer I got was "check our website, it is all there". and the lady on the phone kept putting me on hold so I gave up. I'm still in disbelief with the staff's rudeness...

this is been an issue a long time ago! all pilipino workers here at philippine consulate are very, very,rude! i wonder why they can't do any action for this matter. it's so sad that pilipino workers there are being rude and annoying with pilipino people here in canada! paging.... do some action or remedy for this matter! Thanks!

Makes me wonder how the staff on this place obtained their jobs. They want you inform them if you cannot attend your scheduled oath taking for the Citizenship Re-acquisition but no one pick up the phone. Yes, you can leave messages and good luck if someone will actually return it, but they have the guts to charge $13 to reschedule your appointment, which they never mention at all until you call them to rechedule. I want their job.

I wouldn't even rate this business a star! On this day May 2nd 2017, the guy at window 1 was so rude! I was explaining to him what my situation is. He didn't even let me finish what I'm going to say! He just said that he doesn't need my explanation and i have to go because there's alot of people waiting in line!

The woman who worked on July 13, 2015 at "Documents Pick-up" booth is totally inefficient, arrogant and unprofessional. I waited in line for almost an hour to pick up a passport for a relative: I was told to submit a photocopy of my drivers licence, despite the fact, that I was only picking up "in behalf" of a relative.
