    I loved living at...

    I loved living at 326 King Street. Been here for 3 years and have nothing else but positive feedback. Edan is a great landlord and it has been a pleasure working with him. He is always there when needed.The house has always been clean and if problem had occurred he was always there to help. If snowing he would come in the morning and clean out the driveway. Overall it has been great.

    The accommodation...

    The accommodations were clean and perfect for us. The amenities were more than sufficient to meet our needs. Most importantly the landlord is a kind and understanding person. He was always responsive and very practical in dealing with the few minor issues that arose. He took a genuine interest in our well being, and put our interests ahead of his own commercial interests. I could not recommend someone more highly.

    I couldn't have wish for a better experience for renting a room from someone. The landlord of King Street Properties does an exceptional job of helping a university student by understanding their needs and wants from renting a room. The landlord is always there to help and takes really good care of his properties. I would recommend renting one of his properties to anyone!

    I stayed at one o...

    I stayed at one of the accommodations hosted by King Street Properties and was exceptionally satisfied. The location was close to campus (~10 minute walk to University of Waterloo), very reasonable rent, utilities and internet was all included. The landlord is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and any maintenance issues were resolved on the same day. Students looking for hassle free accommodation should contact King Street Properties.

    Fantastic experience, wonderful landlord!

    I’ve had such a fantastic experience with King Street Properties. I have lived in one of the properties for four years of my university career. Living here has been stress-free & very comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better landlord. He is always there when we need him & really cares about his tenants. The property is well maintained & taken care of. The rent is very affordable & you get so much for what you pay for. As a long-time tenant, I recommend King Street Properties to anyone!

    I lived in one of the properties while I was in University. Excellent condition at a reasonable rental price. The landlord is extremely friendly and helpful. I can't ask for more and will strongly recommend all the University students to live there.
