I had visited this restaurant before and loved it, so I decided to go back again. I was definitely not disappointed! The atmosphere is very relaxed and quaint, with local artist paintings and pillows. The food is delicious! The chicken quesadilla tasted fresh and tender. The venus dip was UNBELIEVABLE GOOD!!! I have never tasted a dip as good as the venus dip, I ate the whole thing it was that good! The service is excellent, they are very attentive and kind. I love this place and will definitely be back!

I've had many friends suggest Raintree when we're going out for dinner -- and I honestly don't understand why. Certainly not terrible, just astoundingly average. The menu is pretty standard fare: grilled veggie wraps, the ubiquitous Pad Thai, a bland curry, pasta. Best part is the always friendly service. The restaurant itself is crowded with a strange design, but I suppose they do their best with the space offered.

Wow. What a fantastic little place in Waterloo. A girlfriend and I tried it out after finding it online and we're so glad we did.
We were surprised to find out that it was packed and normally you need reservations, but luckily there was a table available. Immediately our server offered us water and let us know about the specials. She was very friendly and attentive.
I had the Mermaid Wrap with the Venus dip, which is a smoked salmon wrap with asiago cheese, artichoke and garlic dip. It was fantastic.
My companion had the Mediterranean Wrap with Feta dressing and she loved it too.
We will definitely be back! All for about $23.00. You can't beat it. :)
