on Dec. 1st they told me they will be shipping the mic out within 14 days. after 3 weeks I emailed them again and they gave me some bs reply like they are "expecting it soon" and telling me to call the store for a detailed ETA. what customer service tells customer to call the store instead of providing information in writing? this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. it is now Dec. 28th. all my gifts arrived on time except for this one. if I have issues getting this refunded like the other custo

I had an excellant experience.I shopped an audio interface for my son. We were served by Anthony who was very knowledgeable, and patient with kids. Excellant place to shop music instruments and any music devices :)
