They have a very good selection of organic flours and dried goods. They also have good vitamin choices and essential oils. However their produce section is terrible and they lack any bread.
I recently moved downtown and thought I would give this place a try. WORST PLACE EVER! The FRESH produce section is not that fresh after all. The greens are turning yellow, the cauliflower turning black and my thumb almost went through the avocados while trying to feel how soft or hard they were. Very disgusting!
