Awesome experience with Greg for my SiriusXM radio installation I was inquiring about. As it turns out I will run Sirius through car Bluetooth and no special radio installation is needed. He could have easily taken advantage of my non technologic knowledge.

Rang up the car A...

Rang up the car Audio department today to book in my vehicle to have an existing roof mounted DVD player of mine installed, and the guy on the phone was so rude and uninterested in my custom, he then hung up without explanation? decided not to go there, good luck staying in business with that attitude !!!

Awful customer service

I had an extremely poor experience at this place. The manager is callous and rude. I will not be going back. There are many other places to spend my money. I rate them on customer service a third of a star at best!
