Gary is the hardest working, most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with. I can say this honestly as a former tradesman (8 years with local 675 drywall union). It is refreshing to deal with someone this knowledgeable and patient. Gary is also unbelievably skilled and efficient. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the heat Jeremy. We purchased a gas fireplace from Priority Mechanical in Ayr, last fall. During the winter we found the fireplace did not supply enough heat, so I contacted Jeremy, the Service Manager. He was at our door the next day and made suggestions and requested we contact him if not any better. In 4 days the problem remained . We contacted Jeremy again. He came the next day. replaced some parts and did the work himself after hours. Thanks Jeremy.Good job

I have been working with Vince, Kevin and Tyler now for the last ten years. They have been, without exception, fantastic. They are responsive in emergencies and take great care in planning complex projects like the HVAC for our indoor pool.
