I often make my way into Brilliant Gold, most times to purchase something when birthdays or Christmas nears, sometimes just to say hi. The staff that I have come to know over many years at Brilliant Gold have always been welcoming, friendly and provided me with great service. I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks
