Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

I am very pleased with the recent installation of numerous windows in my home. Bill and Jared were professional, courteous, punctual and kept a very clean work environment. The windows and one door are of top quality and reasonably priced. My experience with this company has been completely positive from the initial consultation to the finished product.
