We lost the dust cover on one of our trailer wheel bearings on our way to Oliver from the Valley. We bought a cover from CT that we thought would fit, however after stopping at the Sami in Osoyoos we realized we had lost the cover again. We stopped at the Lordco and I explained our situation. One of the staff came out with a larger size and popped it on for us! We made it home safe and without losing any more covers! Really appreciate his help, especially with 3 kids tired after a long week!

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

Mike - always very fair, honest and as a result trusted mechanic. He does only what is requested and will never do the expensive "add on's" that a lot of mechanics will do sometimes. I know that the work will done properly. I would highly recommend Foreman Automotive for anyone.
