The repair man, Jason was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my freezer with a short conversation over the phone (he did mention he cant be sure until he can look at it, but was 90% sure he knew what the problem was). He tried to make time to fix it that day, but it didn't work out. He was however, able to make the next day!!! He fixed it within an hour and had the part on hand!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I would recommend him to all my friends and family!!! Great Guy!!

Extremly helpful and cheerful people. We always stop in once a year and will continue to do so. I always look forward to our yearly visit. Please keep up the great work and thank you.
