We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.

We discovered our water pump had retired late afternoon on Good Friday, Warren arrived and had our water up in running within a few hours, giving up his evening to help us out.
