We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.

We have used this company for a number of years. They have been absolutely amazing from heating to plumbing to gas fitting issues. They traced my lines and ran a camera through them to make sure they were clean, found one was plugged with stucco carelessly discarded by a tradesmen which they cleared quickly.

We had outstanding service from these gentleman. We discovered our water pump had retired late afternoon on Good Friday, Warren arrived and had our water up in running within a few hours, giving up his evening to help us out.
