Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. This restaurant is so special to my wife and I that we make a point to go there every year on our anniversary. This year is our 25th and once again it was another top of the line experience! I never have to worry about the food. It is always excellent. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff gives you the impression that they are eager to serve and help. I love this place!

Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)

We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! Thanks to Austin and Katherine who did made the evening one of excellence!
