Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)

Took our dear friends to Sweet Onion,, loved the atmosphere, the courteous staff and the wonderful flavourful food! Taking another group of friends on Tuesday. Great variety of food and good sized portions! Anne/London
