I can't thank Jarrod enough for his incredibly thorough & persistent management of the cockroaches in my home and rental suite caused by the adjoining duplex. Jarrod went waaaay beyond the call of duty on this one. Because the neighbour’s pest control company didn't follow through, the issue in our home was ongoing, but resolved the day after I finally convinced the neighbours to hire Jarrod. I had a house I wanted. The selling realtor was difficult and disrespectful. I almost felt bad asking Louise to deal with this person. She was really good to me and I wish I could post the name of the bad realtor but it is best to focus on the positive. Louise helped me when I was not able to effectively represent myself in a difficult deal. I offered to pay her extra but she did not accept. She is a nice person as well.
