I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

I ordered Yamaha digital piano P-45 stands online in Feb 2021 and intended the store pick up location is in Nanaimo. Somehow I did not notice the order has no store location attached in the system although the purchase did go through. When I called the store at Nanaimo two weeks later (way pass the indicated available time), Ivan answered my call and it was almost store closing time.
