The staff at the Nanaimo Vanfax branch are fantastic. Our orders are delivered on time and the staff are very helpful. Darren will always go beyond what is required. Very much appreciate all the staff in Nanaimo.

They have always been very good and friendly to us.
There maybe rats/mice, but we haven't encountered any and we've had a 10x24' unit for about six years.
There are rat traps spaced outside the doors approx every 70 ft, so it appears to be doing its job.
We are very happy with the service.
