I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I have lived in Port Perry for 10 years and have never had a bad experience at Vos. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The store is clean and well organized. Produce is fantastic, bread is fresh and meat is great. I especially love when I see Terry and Christine working around the store. They seem like owners that care about their employees, and their patrons.

I love shopping at the Independant, EVERYONE, from those that stock the shelves, to those on cash, and everyone in between, are so friendly, polite and courteous it’s ALL done with a smile. I’ve never left the store feeling anything but satisfied. They deserve a great big HUG. I could go on about everything else and how they help me but I’ve only got 500 characters.
