Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

I purchased furniture and was delivered via Peninsula Parcel (Paul specifically) and he has been amazing! FedEx, even when opting in their email and text service, can’t seem to understand customers needing to know approximately delivery date and time. Paul has phoned and texted to let us know both thereby ensuring we were home.
