One morning I received a call from ARCH only to thank me for my continuous support and nothing more. I greatly appreciated that call, it was incredibly uplifting to receive that personal thank you from a well deserving charitable organization that is doing wonders for people in their final days. Blown away by how helpful Dennis Vince from Parts & Service was. I was dealing with a bad key issue. Dennis got me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for not just cutting the key but for getting the chip in it re-programmed in spite of the worn key needed as part of the process. Was worried for a minute that the old key wouldnt have been any help since it takes several minutes fiddling with it to get it to turn. Also didnt cost me the arm and leg I thought it would. Thanks

purchased new stove during save the tax event. very disappointed it only applied if you purchased 3 appliances. Being a single senior saving $142.00 would have helped me.
My order on Apr.6/21 Arrived as promised on Sat. Apr. 17th as promised. I checked for any damage and found none.
Delivery went smoothly and masks were worn .Men were very helpful and pleasant.
Previous stove I had was purchased at Leons 20 years before and had wheels for easy cleaning.
72 hours to check out elements working .
