I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. I wouldn’t go else where and will be returning for all my RV needs thankful for how kind and helpful they are I spoke to 10 different people and no one else helped me like Kendal and the rest of team! If you want amazing customer service this is the place to go!

I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. My experience at fix auto was great. I was involved in a rear-end accident. I was able to have it assessed right away and booked in for repairs shortly after. Danny communicated very well, walked through everything. Courtesy car was provided and workmanship and paint appears high quality. I would highly recommend this company and location.
