PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!

I am impressed with the customer service at this location. The staff are warm and friendly and very efficient in meeting my needs and charging reasonable fees. I have been a client at this location for over thirty years and always been served well.

Maureen was the name of the lady who assisted me, if I remember correctly. She was patient, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I had a lot of paperwork as a lot of changes to my banking due to a change in address. You were fabulous. Thank you, Maureen.
