Great experience from beginning to end. Tom, whom i met in the show room, attended on site several times prior to recommending appropriate fireplace choices and meticulously measured and remeasured to ensure an optimal outcome. Patient, informed and friendly he was a pleasure to deal with.
The crew, Joe and Jesse, who installed the fireplace unit, which was a challenging installation, were superb craftsmen who demonstrated a deep devotion to their craft and did a wonderful job!

The gentleman that came to replace my furnace in November was very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how thoroughly he explained the issue, and the options for replacement.
