This company demonstrates the true meaning of “customer service “. I recently had my hot water tank replaced. Their price was $300. less than their competition. They wore booties and put down a large drop sheet that covered my carpet. I’m on my own so it’s important that I feel comfortable with any trades coming into my home. No scruffy, long haired, grubby men here. Also their truck was clean - you can tell a lot about a company from the condition of their vehicle. 5 stars plus!!! Ella

Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

We recently had our heat pump services. Kosovar was the technician and provided clear information on our system. He even checked with a more sr. technician on something he was not 100% sure on. Very respectful and friendly. We are very satisfied with the experience an look forward to next year's visit! LM
