My recent customer service experience at Baroness was wonderful! I was told that they were under new management and could not have been more thrilled. The men were great and extremely helpful. I ordered a dozen of long stem roses from Beaver Creek Florist for our anniversary and what my wife received were premium grade red roses. Delivery was on time even with very short notice of ordering.
