I have used this company for 30 years both furnace and boiler replacement in both of my homes -from hvac to upgrading all my furnaces and boilers - great job every time and any issues that did come up they looked after right away - thanks again four seasons

My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. He took pride in ensuring the job was ‘done properly’ and that the finished product looked good. I definitely recommend this company.

I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.

Not sure what the other reviewer is referring to I had a great experience with them and they were nice and very helpful. You shouldn't judge a company by one person that probably doesn't work there anymore.
