Last Aug 2025 I applied for the MAiD program because I was in such sever pain that I was unable to handle anymore. I was taking pain medication every hour not the 4 hours which was recommend. I have been seeing Dr James for 7 months now and I have cancelled the MAiD application. I walk, swim, camp, fish. I have my life back. I will be forever grateful. I am getting healthy thanks to Dr. James Whittans at Lifeworks family chiropractor office. Thanks SHYAN D.

Definatley five star, these guys answered quick were at our place the next morning to give us an estimate, very reasonable, got right to work, dropped 15 good sized trees in 5 hours, very nice guys. Would hire them again and gave their name out to friends.

Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.

Had a Great experiance!
When I called I was greeted with a pleasent happy voice and in person with a pleasent smile. All that worked there were very profecianal and pleasant. Treated me like a good friend even though it was my first time ever being there. Spencer at the front desk was very nice and kept me company until I could be seen. I met with Colin he was very knowledgable and pleasent, seemed to know insurance and financial planning through and through. Also met the women that works there briefly, I think her name was Karen she was wonderfull as well.
A wonderfull experiance and they were able to help me will everthing I needed.

By far the most thorough, best eye examination I've ever had. Dr. Zack took all the necessary time to ensure the prescription for my reading glasses was perfect and it is... my near vision hasn't been this good since my early 20's. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this clinic...!!

This Chiropractor is the first I have ever experienced that after the few treatments I had, felt like I didnt need to return week after week. She analyzed my situation, and with great care proceeded to work at my problem areas and repair me.
