I have used this clinic and its doctors and medical staff for over 35 years with minimal complaints. The Nurses are friendly and ++ professional, + knowledgeable on medical issues. The doctors have been excellent and if they are unsure of a dx they are willing to either consult with specialists or send one off to them.
I have had a total of 5 different doctors from the clinic over the years due to change over of staff or the said doctor leaving the clinic due to retirement.

Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here.

Kirby is an extremely accomplished health care provider. He is very knowledgable and is able to explain the diagnosis and treatment to the patient in an understandable fashion. In his clinic, there is an easy sense of confidence. His use of humour and his affable manner put people at ease and help them feel comfortable. Kirby Epp and Valhalla Physiotherapy have provided me with excellent service and I would rank them at the top of my list or comparable health care professionals.

For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!
