Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

Fantastic company, we have dealt with them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. When our condo association changed companies last year we were surprised. I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises.
