For anyone in Keswick/Kingsclear/BC or even Fredericton, we recommend Lance. We had another plumber come to our house twice for the clogged laundry room sink, and he ran the auger and cleared it, fine. It became pretty clear to us the piping needed to be changed.
I called Lance Francis, and as soon as he saw it, he knew what to do to fix it. He got it fixed within two hours, charged a very fair price, and hell be my first pick next time around with plumbing issues.

After 7 contractor invitations, 4 tours, and 3 prices, Clowaters proved to me why they are in business. They provided me 2 electric furnaces, (one with a heat pump), at a good price with great service. The salesman was responsive to all my questions, and the installation group were extremely courteous, fast and efficient. I cannot express my appreciation enough for a job well done. The Lennox heat pump promises to be a real cost saver in operating our household. Great folks!
